Ph.D. in economics from the ULPGC with a European mention (extraordinary doctorate award), Master in Applied Economics (UNED) and Graduated in Economics from the ULPGC (extraordinary degree award). He has collaborated with the research group QASER (University College of London). He has participated in various projects both nationally and internationally and has experience in consulting and advisory work, both for public and private institutions.
